Everyone at the dealership was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that I was given the market price of the car right up front...I felt like I was dealing with honest people who valued me as a customer. There were no high pressure tactics which made the car buying experience very pleasant and different from what I was used to.
This is the 2nd Honda we have purchased from Rahal. Brian Seneca has made our purchases a pleasant experience. Great guy. Also Matt, the sales manager was a pleasure to work with as well and I can't leave Allly out, our technical representative. Great girl and funny.

Khagen was super to work with. I had no intention of purchasing a car today, I was just looking and test driving. He dropped what he was doing and answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive and spent quality time with us explaining all the details. Alexis handled all my paperwork and financing and she did an awesome job as well. The team here at Rahal is outstanding. Thank you Khagen for this great experience.

I am very pleased with Bobby Rahal Honda’s outstanding staff - great team! Over the twenty years of being their customer, their commitment to customer service remains unchanged. I personally work in the customer service industry and can quickly identify excellent quality customer service characteristics among which are listening carefully to the customer and customizing responses in a timely manner, flexibility, courtesy, consistency, and attention to details.
I recently purchased a vehicle from salesman Tom Dabich at Bobby Rahal Honda. He listened to my concerns and unique needs and was actively engaged in problem-solving by showing me car features which would address my back issues. In addition to all the excellent quality customer service characteristics mentioned above, he was very patient, empathetic, genuinely interested in my best interest, and very personable.

Shaun was very pleasant to work with and provided, by far, the best overall experience amongst sales representatives I worked with (also shopping nearby Hyundai, Toyota, Mazda, Kia, Subaru, etc. dealerships). Shaun was forthcoming with information without being pushy and seemed actually interested in finding and meeting needs, and how Rahal could help. Shaun (and the overall dealership) was accommodating to some peculiarities associated with my circumstances and remained committed to helping without apparent frustration/irritation.
