My 64K Accord feels brand new; even the engine is spotless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. All the paper work associated with the car—from CarMax and maintenance records to purchase and title transfer—was clearly shared, explained and ready when needed. Jess and the staff on the pre-owned side were personable and accommodating. When my partner found a tiny chip in the paint and a slight door creak no one had noticed before, Jess immediately touched up the paint, and made sure the door noise would be investigated and addressed free of charge. IMPRESSIVE!
