The experience was fairly overwhelming and confusing. I was told some things from one person, and opposing things from another person (credit vs. debit card usage, new or old license plates, etc). The process was extremely lengthy and not very reassuring. By the end, I was tired and frazzled, and I might have agreed to anything just so that I could leave with my car.
Alicia, sorry you felt overwhelmed. I know that there was a lot involved in your deal since your trade-in co-owner was not present. Since you made your purchase decision and wanted to take the car that same day at the end of the business day, it required a lot of decisions and paperwork to be done on the spot. Leigh's explanations, organization, availability, and overall helpfulness, honesty and friendliness were outstanding. The same can be said about Jen and Matt Jr. and Sr. All were also knowledgeable and efficient and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure or rushing of the process. The purchasing experience was great.
I stopped by looking for a used white accord. Luckily one just arrived on trade. The service dept did a great job working quickly to get it on the lot. Kayla was wonderful every step of the way in selling me this car. She was very helpful, kept in touch, but never pushy. I will definitely contact her with future automotive needs. I was also pleased with my interaction with the sales and finance manager(s). They were professional, helpful, and kind. I love my Honda and it looks brand new! So happy with this purchase!! I had a wonderful experience at Bobby Rahal Honda and I highly recommend this dealership.
