Today I bought a 2018 Honda Accord. There wasn't any pressure in buying the car and I got another great deal from Rahal. John was my salesperson and was great! He took the time to go over the car with me and to explain all the technology features that it has. This is my seventh Honda and I'm sure I will be back for many more. Thank you again John!

Of all the service centers and repair shops that have taken my time and money, Bobby Rahal of State College is the only dealership and service center that I fully trust and recommend. After spending months searching for a new vehicle, I decided to purchase my first financed car from Bobby Rahal Honda in December 2017. The staff are happy to greet their customers and more than willing to disclose any information about their vehicles and business model as a company. The price they show you is the actual price you will pay (unless, of course, the finance company needs some guarantee based on your credit). Carl Foxwell is friendly and helpful. He is happy to work their and enjoys helping others, based on my experience with him. Recently, I had my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I then had to come back 2 more times in a couple weeks because of a flattening tire. Today, the service staff finally found the nail in my tire. Dakota Bowman helped me yet again and CHARGED ME NOTHING for my 3rd visit. They removed the nail, plugged my tire, topped off fluids, and sent me on my way without charging me a penny. I would not have minded one bit to pay the generally $40 charge for a flat tire, but admittance of a mistake and taking the extra steps to understand their customers is what customer service is all about. People don't mind paying for goods and services when staff members are empathetic and understanding, which is why Bobby Rahal Honda of State College is rated highly by many people.
Leigh is the BEST. She was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and just down to earth. I never felt so comfortable buying a car. She made you feel very special and took the time to go over all the features of this vehicle. Will definitely look her up when shopping for a car again.

From start to finish, all Bobby Rahal personnel were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was evident that there is team work among the departments. I appreciated that when one person could not answer my question, he/she sought out another staff member to find an accurate answer for me. I was not quite ready to trade in my SUV, but after consulting with the service dept., I felt confident that the time was right. A shout out to Mike K., Sr. who helped me solve a problem with my hitch/bike rack as well as save me money. Kudos to Leigh S.for her enthusiasm with my new car purchase. I felt as if she shared my excitement along with me. Leigh can be commended as well for her patience in helping me understand all of my new car features. We stopped in hoping to test drive a Honda CRV and went home with a brand new car! At Bobby Rahal Honda in State College, it is a laid back, no pressure environment. Our Sales Consultant, Leigh Steingraber, took the time & went over all our options. Carl was great at providing financing that worked with our budget. Overall, great experience with the purchase of our first Honda! We even saw a BALD EAGLE on our test drive!!
