Very pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Susan, was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was friendly and cheerful. A+
Did not like the adding of unrequested gap insurance to cost of car outside of negotiations and without mentioning the addition. Also, $1000 finance cash was not mentioned and only discovered after talking with another dealer. I can only assume the dealership was going to keep this cash without ever telling us that it was ours. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Salesperson was great.
We apologize that your overall sales experience did not meet your expectations. We did review your deal paperwork and your deal did not include GAP insurance though it was recommended based on the structure of your deal. Also, our market price and the discount you received as part of the sale, do, in fact, include the finance cash you referred to. Overall, a good experience. I dealt with John and Matt the sales manager, and they were both very good, with no pressure while we were there.
A few of the inside lights were out, but these were replaced very promptly, by both Matt and the service department. The inside cleaning of the car we felt could have been a bit better, because there was an odor in the car, and the back area where the head units to the seats were stored was dirty. We did take it back to have these items taken care of, but the storage area was never touched, and there still seemed to be a bit of an odor.
It is a nine year old car, so we do understand that some items are going to go bad. The lifter units in the back for the liftgate do not go up all the way, and I did hit my head once coming around the corner because the lifters will not lift the tailgate all the way up. I did bring this up to the service department, but they said they could not find an issue with it. When they go a little bit further bad, I will take it back to have them replaced.
I did appreciate Matt's willingness to work with us on price. We actually purchased two vehicles from them, and each time I spoke with Matt, he was very upfront with what he could do price-wise, and we were able to finish the deal very quickly. Jen in the finance department was terrific also. They have been very willing to work with us. We will go back to purchase our next vehicle from them.
I would definitely recommend checking them out for your next vehicle also.
