Friendly, courteous staff who answered all our questions on the test drive day. Follow up phone calls were made and our calls were answered promptly. Waiting for us the day of car pick up with all the paper work ready to go for signatures. Spent all the time we needed to explain the features of our new Accord with assurance they were always there if we had more questions. We were encouraged to stop in or call anytime.
