Our 2008 Lexus had developed some issues that came as a complete shock to us. Rather then spend a considerable sum of money to get it fixed, we considerate a new Lexus. Our sales rep, Ty Moore, could not have been more caring and considerate. He understood we could have been hit with a huge repair charge. He went way far and beyond in getting us a car that would fit nicely within our budget. He took the entire day with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I feel very grateful to Mr Moore. He is a wonderful human being and a great asset to Bobby Rahal Lexus.
Ty Moore was the most pleasant sales representative and no pressure what so ever. As we asked question he gave every answers without even thinking very knowledgeable sales representative. Spent a lot of time with us even stayed late. I would tell anyone who is looking to buy from this dealership to ask for Ty but I also want to say that Ali was also very pleasant and explained everything throughly with us.
