Bill Hartman showed knowledge of the cars that I test drove beyond my expectations. I appreciate that I did not receive high pressure to make a decision; I believe he read personalities very well. Bill was very helpful to answer the 10 questions that I emailed to him. And when I picked up my new Lexus, he went over all the bell and whistles with greater detail and knowledge than I expected him to have about the ins and out of my car.
