Mine vehicle was picked up and returned by two very nice respectful gentleman. My service manager notified me when it arrived and communicated throughout the process. It was delivered cleaned from their car wash and vacuumed. Very nice experience.

It was the first time I had my vehicle serviced there. From the minute I arrived I was greeted and helped. Each person was very helpful and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and made sure I was pleased before I left.

Cody, our sales person, couldn't have been more helpful. He knew we were looking and called suggesting a 2024 RX350 that had become available. Everyone we met at the dealership from the time we stepped in the door until we drove home in our car was wonderful. Cody was well informed, thorough, and courteous and made us very comfortable, addressed all our questions without rushing, and on the day we picked up the car gave us the best comprehensive explanation of the car we have ever had when purchasing. This is our third Lexus but first car purchased from this dealership. We also want to compliment Kevin at the Financial Desk - who skillfully guided us through all the paperwork and made the signature process so easy. Kudos too to the staff who prepped the car so perfectly. Highly recommend this dealership.

All around best ever new car purchase experience. Very caring and attentive to my needs. Very cool down to earth salesman great guy I enjoyed spending time with for my car purchase. Altho I live about 1 hour away from this dealership with other Lexus dealers closer to home I will certainly choose to return here specifically for all of my service needs and questions about the vehicle.
