No other dealership can compare to the service experience at Bobby Rahal. They’ve mastered the process and it couldn’t be any better, period. I love my Mercedes. I love the service at Rahal even more.
Broke my windershield wiper today with all of the ice and slush we had today. It was after the service department had closed so I thought I could get a new one at one of the local auto parts stores. An hour later things still weren’t going well. I called Rahal and they told me to come up to the dealership. Before I arrived they found someone still in the building to help me. 15 minutes later I was back in business. Top notch customer service. I learned my lesson. I will always go there for help first. Nice job. I am a very satisfied customer.
WORST customer service in 2017!!!
My locks, all of a sudden, stopped working! So even though I usually go to Mercedes-Benz Pittsburgh, I decide (because of schedule) to go to 10701 Perry Highway.
My AMG was almost immediately took in for service! After approximately 30 minutes, service personnel, comes to me and proceeds to explain what could "potentially" be the problem! I am thinking that he is about to get my authorization to fix the issue! But THIS GUY, gives me SIX pages of diagnostics, then tells me it would take him about 3-4 hours to pinpoint the problem and where "I" should start searching for the problem at! When I "sarcastically" repeated what he said: "So, I should check the doors first for leaks!" He tells me yes!!!
I did not know that I was taking my AMG in to be told what MIGHT be wrong! I THOUGHT that I brought my AMG to you to FIX! I THOUGHT that is why I had this $1000 cash in my pocket, PLUS my visa card for any extra! But instead, I was charged $63.11 and sent on my way with SIX PAGES of MAYBES!!! Guess I will NEVER go here again!
Bobby Rahal Mercedes in Wexford, PA is the best. The entire experience is pleasant and courteous, the service fees charged are fair, and the quality of work performed is excellent; these folks bend over backwards to ensure their customers complete satisfaction. A new Mercedes loaner car is provided, a well appointed & comfortable customer lounge is available should you choose, and my S600 has always been returned freshly washed & cleaned, correctly serviced, and promptly on time. My service advisor, Ryan Sherwood, always explains what is needed and their charges beforehand so there are never any surprises. We are completely happy with this dealership and anticipate using them for all of our future needs. Highly recommended.
