I have had several issues with Bobby Rahal in the past 2 months. It is evident that customer service has diminished at this company. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told in front of a room full of people that my car needed another $400 worth of work and I had to decline which was very embarrassing to do in front of strangers. I took my car in for these repairs and the inspection which was supposed to be $420. I got a call telling me it would now be $500. When I picked the car up it was now $554! To top it all off, they didn't give me a parking space number to locate my car but only said it was parked along the side of the building. I looked for the car in the cold rain for 20 minutes to find it parked in the Acura lot next door.
Our experience with Rahal Toyota was amazing. The people that we dealt with were all very professional yet personable. One thing we thought was a real plus was that you had someone take the time to go over all of the functions on the car and even set up my phone on the Bluetooth. No one has ever done that for us before. We were very pleased with our overall experience
This was the best experience I have ever had. Right from the start Ed was very friendly and helpful. I was very nervous because this was my first time buying a car and he made me feel more comfortable and the process simple. He answered all my questions and I wasn't afraid to ask any. He then went above and beyond making sure I had everything ready and made sure the process went smoothly. He is genuine and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Bobby rahal toyota.
