We were, however, very disappointed that the car we thought we were getting is not the car we got! The dealership worked to compensate for the wrong color--and we appreciated that, but we would have greatly preferred to have had the one we ordered.
The salesman was tremendous. Relatable, down to earth, Professional as if he'd been doing the job for 20 years, honest and enthusiastic. zero pressure and I genuinely believed he wanted what was best for my family. he was extremely easy to get a hold of with questions during the process and his role in the process felt more like an advocator than the stereotypical car salesman. I walked in the door feeling apprehensive and guarded and left on cloud 9. AWESOME SALESMAN.
