Her patient instruction and help with the operating instructions, set-up of the Volvo On Call, and use of the Volvo On Call app were and continue to be outstanding. Bob was great the first few times I bought a vehicle, he was great again. Makes things easy & quick. I never know what I'm looking for until I test drive a few vehicles & then the decision is easy. Always a good experience.
My only issue with this car was how long it took to get. I realize that that is a Volvo issue not a Rahal issue. I really do like my new car. I’m a little nervous with this being my first SUV but this car so far drives like a tank!!! Which is good in winter. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. My salesman Kevin was wonderful. Super nice and informative.
