I am thankful for this opportunity to commend both Michael Degnan, New Car manager, and Bob Guckert, Internet/Sales consultant, at Bobby Rahal Wexford, for OUTSTANDING Customer service and professionalism. Both gentlemen went above and beyond their respective position responsibilities to ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and overall experience from the moment I began building my vehicle through delivery a few days ago. Michael and Bob are exemplary and set THE standard in their respective positions. They are product knowledgeable, highly responsive, patient, friendly, and fair. I highly recommend this Dealership, Michael Degnan, and Bob Guckert to anyone who needs a vehicle. With sincere appreciation, thank you both!

Ryan was really helpful and made our car buying experience enjoyable.
I am very, very happy with every aspect of my recent purchase with Bobby Rahal Volvo, Wexford. This is my third purchase with Bob Guckert (Sales) and he continues to demonstrate excellence and outstanding customer service in every way. Together, he and Michael Degnan (New car sales manager) defied the "quality triangle" by delivering a quality product, amazingly fast, AND at a great price! Thank you both for being so pleasant and attentive to me as your customer! *****FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP!*****
Car is great (5 stars). shopping/buying experience was great (5 stars). Low rating is due to a couple of pre-inspection hiccups. On the drive home from picking up the car it developed a transmission issue (hard downshifting from 2nd to 1st gear on hills). Took it back to the dealership for evaluation the following week with the service department diagnosing the problem and fixing it without issue. Two weeks later the battery died. When AAA came to jump it their diagnostic check showed that the battery was on its last leg. Given it was just purchased, AAA advised us to reach out to the dealer. We did and were told by the service department that despite the timeline (two weeks after purchasing the car) batteries weren't covered by the warranty. A $150 battery isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things but would recommend either doing your own comprehensive inspection or bringing in an outside mechanic rather than relying on the dealership inspection given the issues it missed.
