Tom and Ed really went above and beyond my expectations and did everything possible to make sure that this was the right vehicle. They were very patient and courteous. This is my third Lexus and their customer service keeps me coming back! Awesome job! I love my new NX!
Bill's patience and non-pushy demeanor is what made us come back to Bobby Rahal. We know we paid above blue-book value for the 2015 NX, but also know and hope that we will get high quality service in return. Our hope is to trade-in for a newer innovative hybrid in 2020. the after sales service will be the key factor.
