I have purchased four Lexus RX’s during the past 17 years, all from Bobby Rahal and from the same salesman – Ed Woolford! The first was a 2000 RX, which was an awesome SUV and a ground breaking design. It was traded in on a 2005 RX which was loaded with new features. Next was a 2010 RX 450h Hybrid. And, finally a 2017 RX 450h Hybrid. All of these have been outstanding and trouble free SUVs. You might wonder why I bought fours SUVs. First, Ed Woolford is an amazing salesman. Also, I was given an excellent trade-in price for my SUVs.
I have only used Rahal’s Service Department, which provides quality service with a knowledgeable staff. If you have a problem, no matter how minor, they will take care of it.
I would highly recommend tbe Bobby Rahal organization to anyone who wants a fantastic vehicle and an outstanding sales (Ed Woolford) and service departments.
Two issues need to be addressed: Back door touchless sensor does not work, and luggage compartment back seat levers do not work.
This is my third LS that I have purchased from Bobby Rahal Lexus. Ed Woolford has always made the car buying experience extremely positive, and this one was no different! Thank you, Ed Woolford and Bobby Rahal Lexus!

The dealership and especially Dave Snyder was just not easy to work with but also fun. I got enough of a deal to feel good about the transaction and we seem very happy with the RX350 Lexus, this is our 3rd vehicle from Lexus.
We did have issues with the Apple App and Lexus inform phone support was not able to help us so I went back to Mr. Snyder. Dave is always there for a client an a top notch person.
