Love the txt notifications process as well
This is the second car I have bought from Robin Decker. This time was an absolute pleasure just like the first time.
Catherine was the concierge. She was the best,she took the time to go over everything for me.
Your customer service is second to none and your standards are high. The employees are wonderful; very friendly and accommodating.
Purchased this car sight unseen and I was totally dependent on the description BR gave me. When I seen the car in person the description was spot on.
Ryan at BR had told me two of the tires were worn beyond safe limits and that BR would change those. But when I arrived I was amazed to find BR had changed ALL of the tires. BR did this AFTER I had paid for the car - that's unheard of! A day later I'm still stunned they did this - that's unbelievable customer service.
I had asked Ryan to have the oil changed and when I went to pay they had already waived those fees. Ryan wanted to make certain I enjoyed my car buying experience at Bobby Rahal Mercedes.
Now keep in mind I was buying a used car, my cars value wasn't worth one fifth of the beautiful Mercedes on the showroom floor. But Ryan and his Manager treated me like a VIP.

Being employed @ Rahal for 2+ years I have met some of the best people. From Ryan, Jason, Denny , Bob Gee, Kimmy, Kait , derrick and cate , Drags, Murph, rome, Chrissy , Jay, Webby, Sam Porco, Johnny Scott Johnson, Keith, Joe , darc, Pete everyone in service, Kabby (sold tag), Trent, Cassidy , lee and everyone upstairs .
