Customer service like no other. Got a call from Bob Gee who I have been dealing with for over a decade and he said "I already have a car picked out for you". Bob know my taste in cars down to every detail. Stopped Saturday and drove away with the car Bob chose 90 minutes later. Now that's service and of course, the vehicle....unparalleled quality!
We had a tremendous experience, from the moment we first walked in to the showroom to the moment we drove out with our new Mercedes. All staff were very friendly and welcoming and very professional. Ryan, our sales person, was great. Not pushy by any means and very knowledgeable. Took his time with us and listened to what we we wanted. When we were taken to the lower level garage to see the vehicles and later the service area to view, we were impressed by how clean all areas were. Everyone from Finance (Kate) to Product Concierge (Josh), made the entire process very smooth. We look forward to our continued relationship with Bobby Rahal Motorcars staff.
Chris was extremely helpful without being pushy. We made an agreement in advance as long as the test drive was ok. Almost everything was arranged (including a repair) before I got to the dealership so the only things I had to do was test drive, sign and pay. It was the most hassle free experience I have had buying a car. Thanks Chris!
