WORST customer service in 2017!!!
My locks, all of a sudden, stopped working! So even though I usually go to Mercedes-Benz Pittsburgh, I decide (because of schedule) to go to 10701 Perry Highway.
My AMG was almost immediately took in for service! After approximately 30 minutes, service personnel, comes to me and proceeds to explain what could "potentially" be the problem! I am thinking that he is about to get my authorization to fix the issue! But THIS GUY, gives me SIX pages of diagnostics, then tells me it would take him about 3-4 hours to pinpoint the problem and where "I" should start searching for the problem at! When I "sarcastically" repeated what he said: "So, I should check the doors first for leaks!" He tells me yes!!!
I did not know that I was taking my AMG in to be told what MIGHT be wrong! I THOUGHT that I brought my AMG to you to FIX! I THOUGHT that is why I had this $1000 cash in my pocket, PLUS my visa card for any extra! But instead, I was charged $63.11 and sent on my way with SIX PAGES of MAYBES!!! Guess I will NEVER go here again!

A very small 1/2 inch long crack was detected during state inspection. A catastrophe was potentially averted. Grateful to the mechanic for his sharp eye

The entire experience is pleasant and courteous, the service fees charged are fair, and the quality of work performed is excellent; these folks bend over backwards to ensure their customers complete satisfaction. A new Mercedes loaner car is provided, a well appointed & comfortable customer lounge is available should you choose, and my S600 has always been returned freshly washed & cleaned, correctly serviced, and promptly on time. My service advisor, Ryan Sherwood, always explains what is needed and their charges beforehand so there are never any surprises. We are completely happy with this dealership and anticipate using them for all of our future needs. Highly recommended.
Each time I visit BR for servicing- I'm so pleasantly surprised at the entire experience. EVERY person I encounter, whether it's my service advisor, someone cleaning, someone passing me in the hall, an advisor talking to a person in the waiting room, or the cashier-they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind! Its so refreshing to find so many employees that are consistently at the top of their game and really appear to like their jobs. Thanks BR and keep up the excellent service!
they always go above and beyond to please. Its not always the big stuff...its in the small stuff too. Been with them for 9 years. Im not easy to please either:) BR dealership has only been outstanding in every aspect.

My front tire blew out after hitting a pothole. I was late for work and had many important meetings scheduled; I needed to have my car repaired as soon as possible. Brent received my call, coordinated the tire replacement, and scheduled me with Samantha. When arriving, Samantha efficiently and professionally took care of the service with a smile. Service was fast and service manager was great. Car came back in the same condition I turned it in. I have a very busy schedule and they made extra accommodations to insure I would not be inconvenienced in any way. Top notch service and attention to detail. I'm a huge gear head and my car is my pride and joy!! Will not hesitate to bring back to Rahal knowing they will take care of it as I would.
