This is the 5th car I’ve purchased from Bobby Rahal - 3 Toyotas and 2 Lexus’s (1 new and 4 Certified pre-owned). Every experience has been fantastic. That’s probably the thing that is most noticeable - no matter who I work with, or which dealer, the high level of friendliness, professionalism, personal attention, and knowledge is always remarkably consistent. With my most recent purchase, the four people involved were Jeff Erb, Eric Mcally, Sean Gilbert, and Deana Barnes. This was a bit of a complex deal, for several reasons, but these folks couldn’t have made it a better experience. I also have to give a shout out to Tom Schneider and Nga Tran at Bobby Rahal Lexus, who also assisted in various ways. My overall perception of Bobby Rahal Toyota and Lexus is that the associates there treat each other like family, and, as a result, they treat their customers the same way. If you are in the market for a car, new or used, I highly recommend Bobby Rahal Toyota.

Nick gave us a great price during our discussions, but we checked other dealers as well. Ultimately, Nick got us the best price possible on a great car. Once we made the decision, he did not pass us over to other staff. He stayed with us, got the accessories delivered and installed, worked with our bank and insurance agent to get us into the car and and driving about one week later. We could not be happier with the service, attention and price we received from Nick.
