I called twice and spoke to someone to set up an appointment for repairs. I drove 50 miles and was told that the parts that they KNEW were needed when I made the appointment would have to be ordered and would take a month to come in. The appointment was made a month in advance and they said they didn't have the parts because they needed the VIN which they had two opportunities to ask for and they also had my phone number. I got absolutely NO apologies and as a matter of fact Vince tried to make it sound like it was somehow my fault. NEVER EVER GOING BACK.
