Purchased 2018 ninja 400 April 20th 2018 from jake which was about the only good thing I can't complain about he was very professional. My problems started June 6th I call service to take my bike in due to a coolant leak on the bike at only 1700 miles. Once in the phone they tell me they didn't have time to look at it then but if I took it in Friday the 8th they'd have a full day to look at my bike come Friday I drop off my bike at 9 the guy at the front desk tells me they would call me by noon with an update I don't hear from them at all until I call in 10 min until closing to hear they didn't have time to look at the bike. They would get to it Saturday finally get a call on Saturday telling me it appears to be a blown head gasket. I go in the following Tuesday June 12 they tell me it is going to be about 1 week or so to get the parts in & fix the bike a week passes by I call in to get an update they tell me the parts should arrive any day also told me they were not on back order. I call in a couple days later they are still waiting again says any day we will get them I finally call Kawasaki they tell me they have not even received the parts themselves because they are on back order. So I go to the dealer that same day and asked them why they have been lying to me telling me the parts are on their way when Kawasaki said the parts are still on back order the guy at the front counter starts laughing Telling me he didn't know they were on back order. Finally speak to a manager tells me the parts will get there on the 26th and my bike will be fixed as soon as they get them I get a call on the 27th from the manager telling me the parts got pushed back even further until July 5. After speaking with management about my situation telling them how the motorcycle was my only form of transportation And that I have spent hundreds of dollars on a rental they have told me there was nothing they can do they will not issue me a rental car. His response was "I'm sorry it's not something that we do" so come July 6th I call cal coast And find out once they opened the bike to replace the gaskets they noticed there was other parts in the motor they needed to replace So they tell me it is going to be another two weeks to get those parts in still I am left with no form of transportation. You would think if they sold me a defective bike and have gave me the worst costumer service that they would try and make things better. I am still currently waiting to get my bike back it's been over 40 days without my bike i would not recommend anyone come buy a bike here I learned the hard way. Will be posting an update.
