The sales person offered $500 for my car trade-in which has a market price of $3500 to $4000.
The business manager has not mentioned the commission he receives if I used Toyota finance which is $615 and other admin fees $670 throughout the loan period. So, their commision is almost half the total loan fees.
They have not offered any gifts or complementaries with the car even after I told them what happened to my friend at another Toyota dealership.
Don't buy your car from that place, even if it seemed a bit less in price, with few minutes of negotiations with other dealers you will end up with a better offer and price and will feel satisfied.
