We had a good experience at camberwell Toyota. Dan in finance was fantastic, and the other male sale staff were very professional and friendly. Our sales person Jessie while friendly and happy to oblige us, lacked the professionalism you would expect when buying a new car. For example, she was scrolling through social media and ignoring us while we were test driving and dirty tea cups were left right in front of us while signing documents. Also, her grasp of the English language created a barrier when communicating and lead to unprofessionally written emails and text. I believe with time and training she could make a great sales person.
