Service department was awesome especially the Service Manager, Stacey Stephens. She bent over backwards to accommodate me while my car was being serviced. Everyone I dealt with in that department was friendly and helpful.
I purchased my Nissan Quest from Champion Nissan. Served it there few times. Now it is time for the breaks service. Called them Saturday, June 9 to schedule appointment. After operator connected me to the service department and many rings with no answer operator took my info and told me I'll get a call from service advisor soon. Almost two hours later I called back just to go through same exactly process. Well, no call Saturday and no call Monday from service. I decided I need to talk to general manager so he might be interested to improve customer service. Called Monday afternoon-was connected to answering service-no ability to leave a message because voicemail is full. (I guess I not the only one), I called back to operator and here is funny part. She told me that the manager is busy and will call me back. Today, Tuesday I'm already done with the breaks (of course in different dealership) and guess what... Never got a call back from service or the management. Does fish start to stink from the head?
Roger was AMAZING!!!! He really went above & beyond to help us... Took us to return our rental, waited around there for us, brought us back to the dealership, and put gas in our new car!!! He was SUPERB!!!
