Tried to order $900 dollars worth of riding gear online and with a sales rep by phone.The website didn't work. "Couldn't process payment". Called them and the first guy couldn't help us with a simple order. Had to transfer us to someone named Chris. Spent over an hour with this process. The end result? Three charges to the credit card of over $900 each, and no order place for anything that we could tell (no email confirmation). When we tried to call we were on hold for over 20 minutes. When we tried to chat on the computer, it said that nobody was available to chat. (We were attempting to contact them during "Open hours" according to the website, and couldn't get a hold of anyone!
KLR 650 prep for delivery could have started sooner. Had to wait about an hour for the battery to be fully charged, before they would let us leave. Otherwise, great experience. Rode the bike home (120 miles) from the store, no issues at all.

While I have had 2 issues with orders at Chapparal, they have always gone above and beyond to take care of me, as their customer.
