While I have had 2 issues with orders at Chapparal, they have always gone above and beyond to take care of me, as their customer. I’m very pleased with their attention to detail and care they offer customers. I highly recommend them to all enthusiasts. Kyle and Jennifer were extremely helpful. I wish them and the company all the best to continue growing and prospering by offering quality products at competitive prices and maintains the customer service edge over other competitors.
Can I leave ZERO stars? Absolute WORST customer service. Needed tires for a trip - ordered with more than plenty of time (15 days), their shipping says 3-10 days. I am two states away - after over 10 days of the package being "lost", and multiple calls, their manager refused to help facilitate a faster shipping (unless I paid AGAIN for the tires and shipping), or to refund my money until UPS finished their investigation. I will NEVER order from this company again, and I will be sure to spread the word far and wide about their service. Thanks for nothing.
The first time I went to Chaparral, in 2009, they had practically everything. I said to my husband, "I'd sure like to get a 14-liter Cortech tank bag, but they'll probably have to order it." We checked anyway, and amazingly the salesperson came out from the back with tank bag in hand. My most recent purchase was a pair of Sidi All Road Gortex boots, which I tried on in the store. So nice to actually be able to try everything on, and to find so much inventory in stock. It's a special trip for us to get to Chaparral, about 300 miles one way, but totally worth it and a fun place to shop. Love this store.
Yes, it was horrible experience. I went to Chaparral to pick up a tire I ordered on the phone. They over charged me, and would not refund the money. The manager then kicked me out of the store. He was rude, he said "this is my store, and get off my steps and stand in the gutter" and wait for him to get my tire. He was very angry and very demeaning to me because I was a woman. If I was a guy, he would not treat me that way. I pulled out my phone and video taped him. I was afraid he might hurt me, he was so angry. So lady's be careful going in there. If anyone wants to see the video, I still have it.

Chaparral Motorsports did not overcharge your order. The overcharge amount that you are referencing is sales tax. We realize no one likes paying taxes, but it is important for us to remain compliant with all applicable tax laws as mandated by the state governments in which we conduct business. For customers purchasing from us for resale, we require that these customers apply for the Tax Exemption program, and supply us with the required documents. We do not have these documents on file for you or your business, and therefore are required to collect sales tax on all orders. Unfortunately, we can not refund you for sales tax because you believe that you should not have to pay it.

Just purchased my first motorcycle (ninja 400). Absolutely love the bike.
