Our family and friends have purchased several (many!) cars over the years from CMI. I cannot rate them highly enough: great service; attention to detail; friendliness; no pressure to purchase and overall a great experience. Well done again CMI.
Chips on wind screen found when delivery. New wind screen fitted by service team, but not happy about the fitting - with big gaps between the rim of the screen and the car body. Disappointed experience.
Staff didn’t meet his promise of a full tank fuel that was made on the contract date due to too long waiting time for deposit payment. On delivery only half tank filled. No harm done, just feeling uncomfortable and confused what the tricks for...
Upon my first consultbwith Cheltenham store i felt very discontent. The information i needed was not given and i left extremely discomplacent with my experience.
i emailed the store in adelaide cbd, with not alot of hope. I explained what i wanted in emal and within 30 minutes i was contacted by Carley maguire by phone, she left a msg and apoligiesed for the lack of information. I had a busy day at work, so did not call back, however she emailed me information, and said when ever i was free to call or pop in.
This was exactly what i was after. She rang, introduced and explained. Folowing up by email, wich today is great because i live on email through work.
I then had a cal from rob fishwick in finance. And he explained the process in small detail but enough to persuade me to drop in that day at 4pm
After a sit down with carly, she assisted me so far beyond my request; i wanted a blue 86 gts but none available however there was a 86 gts limited edition next to her desk, needles to say i wanted that one. We proceeded with ease to robs office and within 10 minutes i had an application of finance, within 45 minutes i had a contract of purchase.
Overall my experience with rob and carley was the best service and changed my view of toyota cmi completley.
To mention aswell upon entery the young receptionsit was so so bubbly and uplifting it was refreshing. The manager cane out as well (he moved from cornes and been there a a month or so) but to recieve a personal apology and see how it was going also was very proffesional.
Nola who spoke to me in great depth about added extras, knew her products and was also bubbly and refreshing.
Throug my 4 visits upon signing and the constant efforts of all the staff mentioned was amazing. They did everything far beyond what i expected in their roles to help get me the car inwanted. Each time i entered they greeted by name, remebered my coffee and made me comftorble.
The expeirence is one i have passed on to many and two others who are lookibg at cars i have reffered to carley.
If not for carley and rob and nola. I would have bought the mustang i got approved for. But this is service i will always mention, and i will endevaour to reffer people to carly and rob.
Lastly i will say carley is truly an assest within the company and she and those should be given great reccomendation not only noticed from me but the powers that be at toyota. You need to reward and value staff this great.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new vehicle from CMI Toyota Adelaide. Stephen Buckley was very helpful in supporting me through the purchase process to drive away point of delivery. Greta Simpson weaved her magic in arranging finance for the purchase. Both were courteous in my treatment throughout, I was made to feel welcomed like family and had felt that my interests were at the core of their professional approach.
