It was great that we were able to get to pick up the vehicle within the week after purchase as we sold our vehicle very quickly.
We felt everything seemed rushed after we said yes to the purchase (we realise that it was late Friday)
It was also difficult getting a response to questions on email. I needed to continue to follow up with text messages.
Collecting the vehicle was an easy process, although service paperwork was not offered and we needed to ask for copies and details of what was completed.
Satisfaction plus delivery check list needed to be filled out on our request. Some items ticked were not explained or done and we did not sign off on it, although a signature ? does appear.
Again, this process seemed rushed.
It was a 3 hour trip down to view the car and then a second 3 hour trip to collect the car. We had been searching for a while for a vehicle that ticked the boxes we required... and we were pleased that this vehicle had everything that we needed.
