I wish I could rate them less than one star. I am having issues with my car. I took it to a local mechanic and they found there was a recall. They suggested I take it to the Nissan service center. That is when I encountered Doug. On the phone when speaking with Doug he was rude and when I told him the issues I was having I was greeted with an " ok" and silence. I asked if I could bring it in. I was told yes and they could do the recall issue but that wouldn't fix my issue. He made a diagnoses without ever looking at the car. I took it in and again without even looking at the car he told me it wouldn't be fixed by fixing the recall. He was really making me feel pressured to do more but I wanted to wait until the recall and issue was fixed and I could no for sure. It was like he was the stereotypical sleazy mechanic trying to take advantage of me. They fixed my recall issue and I went to get the car. I asked a few questions and was met with a rude short answer every time and again a push to have further work done when I had not had a chance to see if the issue was resolved. Overall, Dougs customer service skills are severely lacking. His immediate pushy behavior made me feel as if the service team did not have my interest i. heart and was trying to get over on me. There is actually something still wrong with my car and I will be driving to a further Nissan location to have it repaired as Doug was so rude and condescending. I would highly recommend going to a dealership that will value you as a customer and make you feel confident in your decisions.

The salesperson, Dawson, was very accommodating. He took time in showing us different car options which best fits our budget. The manager, Ryan, was also very helpful in giving us ideas on how to choose our car. Overall, I highly recommend Concordville Nissan to those who wants to acquire new and used cars. kudos to the whole team!
Everything was great the only thing was waiting for the financial guy he was the only one there and he seemed a little over worked they need to hire him some help so people don’t have to wait that long

Kenny Oppel made my experiance buying my first new car so easy . He was very informative , professional , but yet also very friendly and really seems to care about his customers. He listend to everything i told him i wanted and needed and did everything to make it happen . He made sure i was happy and that buying my first new car was a great experiance . My husband and I needed a newer car and had not been car shopping for several years. We were preparing ourselves for the usual 'games' that have been most people experiences in the past. However, we are very happy to say that did not happen. When we went in they were quite busy but luckily we met by Hank, AKA Ken. He took all the pressure and frustration out of our car shopping. To sum it up we left there with the ideal car for us. Hank was attentive, truly wanted to work with us and honestly cared about our satisfaction. He made sure we received his full attention even though it was way past closing time. He paid attention to details of the whole process an overall exceeded our expectations. Bottom line is, if you are in the need of a vehicle, or just shopping around, we highly recommend you go to this dealership, and ask for Hank! :thumbsup:?
