Loved my experience. Such a great team at Concordville!
Purchased a 2017 Rogue from Concordville Nissan. The sales process from start to finish was seamless. My sales person Zac was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He was very patient and took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for with my new car purchase. I will definately recommend Concordville Nissan/ Subaru dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase.

My husband I came in and drove a Subaru Forrester and wanted to put in an offer but by the time we drove a few other cars it was purchased. They showed us another Subaru Forrester 2.5i premium and it was $1,400 dollars more and had more mileage than the other Forrester we drove. The sales person couldn't tell us why and said he would find out. I received a call from a woman at the dealsership and she asked if I spoke to the manager before I was purchased the car which I was coming in the next day and I said no. She said she would email the manager because I wanted an explanation about why the car I wanted was more money with more mileage. I was told that the manager would be there when I got in the next day to purchase the vehicle or he would reach out to me the next day. Not only did he not reach out to me but he was not there when I went to purchase the vehicle. I ended up sitting there for 3 hours waiting to purchase because the paper work was put on a side desk. I think there is a huge lack of communication at this dealsership and I'm extremely disappointed that I never received an explanation for why the car was a higher price when it was promised to me. At that point I wanted the car so I just bought it. I will be sure to go elsewhere in the future to one of the many other dealerships that keep their word and I'll make sure I send my friends elsewhere as well.

The service was great, however whoever worked on my car stole money. It was only a dollar, but they were 4 quarters that I was going to use to pay for parking at the SEPTA train station. I got to the station and realized they were missing. I was very lucky that my dad was able to go and pay my parking, otherwise I would be looking at a $10 parking ticket. I was also annoyed that these quarters were in a change purse in my center console - so whoever stole them went looking through my car. I don't appreciate that at all. I had a 9 am appt on July 14 and you probably know who worked on my car. Just know that they're a thief.
