We love Nettie. She's funny and knowledgeable about cars and we felt as though she treated us fairly, as did Moe. She sent us out feeling comfortable with our choice and she made sure we took our time and found the right car for us. There was a little snafu with a missing key which was not her fault but she made it right as quickly as possible and we were comfortable that it would be resolved, which it was. If this is staid quo for service we'll always be happy at Concordville Subaru. Nettie cares about what she's doing and makes sure she gets it right. I spent last Friday touring 5 different dealerships, driving 7 different cars, and working with 4 different sales reps. At this end of this 10 hour day, I bought a '15 Legacy from Kim at Concordville Subaru and am beyond happy with my decision.
In all honesty, I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. As a first time buyer, I was expecting the process to be difficult and exhausting, but this was the furthest thing from it. Everyone at Subaru was kind and helpful, and at no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision I was uncomfortable with.
I worked with Kim as my salesperson, and I would greatly recommend doing the same. Of the 4 sales reps I worked with that day (all from other dealerships), Kim was clearly the most knowledgeable and passionate about the cars she was selling. She answered all of my (many) questions, walked me through the financing/insurance processes, and ultimately, helped me find the perfect car.

I would highly recommend my salesperson Nettie!!! As a widow this was my first experience buying a new car on my own --- and she made it so easy and enjoyable! However,the financing end of the transaction made me nervous as the individual I worked with forgot to ask me for my deposit check and the title to my trade-in. She needed to make changes to the warranty options and asked me to remind her to make the changes as she said she's easily distracted! She was a little unprofessional-- but also said she was new to the dealership-- so hopefully she will mature and improve. Otherwise-- a great experience! Thank you!
