My wife just bought a used Ford from them. It apparently only came with one key which they did not disclose until the sale was final. Ford has a system called MyKey which allows you to set parental controls. If you do not have the admin key you cannot reset these controls so now we have a vehicle that has a maximum speed of 70 miles per hour and they will not spring for the dealer price of getting a new admin key. So I am stuck with a vehicle that is artificially throttled. They refused to do anything about it.
Imaging you are on a two lane dotted yellow road and attempt to pass the vehicle in front of you. As you pull into the lane and attempt to pass, your car max speed of 70 is reached and you don't have time to finish passing before the oncoming car turns you into road-kill.
I was unaware of the dealer my wife was using because several years ago my daughter also had a miserable experience with the Cook's used car department. So, two experiences, both terrible. Don't buy from these people.
