Lot manager James was very professional and he was responsible for making sure every item on our checklist was addressed correctly. He personally walked us through the trailer and made sure we understood the operation of every system, so we didnt feel helpless. He also brought additional service staff over to fix ALL of the items we were concerned with. He handled himself with pride and professionalism, and the dealership should be grateful that he saved the transaction from a potential cancellation.
The dealership, however, seemed unable to expedite the transaction due to issues with the title and plates, and we were initially told it would take an additional 2 weeks to get the title and plate so we could return home to the Baja, about 200 miles away. Finally resolved and got plate Friday af 3:00.
