Have a defect on a part under warranty. Service manager never smiles refuses to replace part. Complain to Sales manager. Service manager then states part is defective. Sales manager tells Kia part is defective. Order is opened for district manager to sign off because part is expensive. Service manager then claims to district manager part isn't defective. District manager without inspecting refuses to replace part. I then have to complain up the chain of command. I go to 2 other honest dealerships that confirm part is defective, take photographs send to Kia. I have to the dealerships talk to Kia headquarters and I'm still waiting for the final result. Again this is a part that is still under warranty. This is my first and last time buying a Kia. I never had this problem with Ford. Daytona Kia service manager is dishonest.
