Sader is the absolute best . He always takes care of me when I need my car serviced . He really cares about his customers and what is in the best interest for them . knowledgeable regarding the cars they sale there and most of all she was honest, patient and she cared about my concerns.
Yahira took her time with me and answered all my questions. She also took the time with no rush to help me find the best deal for me and took me to pick out a car to my liking.
She showed me the features of the vehicle I chose and connected my phone to Honda link. I left there feeling like a valued customer. She followed up with me a couple of days later to make certain that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
In the future I will only refer my friends to Yahira and I will only deal with her for any future purchases or trade-ins. To anyone reading this review; if you don't already have a sales person, I highly recommend this young lady Yahira.
I had a great experience here at DCH Gardena Honda. I went in with a cracked windshield late in the afternoon and my car was fixed and ready to go early the next morning. I feel very comfortable with leaving my car overnight at this location because I know my car is in good hands. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been helped by Sader on two ocassions and he was great! He kept me updated throughout the whole process via text message and was always available to answer any of my questions/concerns. I highly recommend this location if you need any work done on your vehicle. Ask for Sader and he will take good care of you and your car!

1. According to the email sent by the internet salesman Amr on June 30th 2018, the cost of the Civic hatchback LX would be $19909 plus tax. When I visited the dealership DCH Gardena Honda, it was actually $19909 plus additional installments (such as GAP, anti-theft, and door edge protectors) plus documentation fee plus other fees and final plus tax. Those additional fees were not disclosed in the forementioned email. The email just mentioned $19909 "plus tax".
2. I did not agree to pay for the additional installed devices becuase I was not beforehands told about and did not expect those additions. During negotiation with the internet sales manager Fernando Padilla and the sales Amr, I was told that the anti-theft system and the door edge protectors could not be removed but the others could. Therefore, I assumed the final out of door price would always include the anti-theft system and the door protectors. Finally, we reached the agreement to get the door of door price down to $22270 or so. No one told me that this final price was achieved after the anti-theft system was removed (I figured it out on my own because it was not listed in the contract). When Fernando came back to me, he only said "I got good news. We got the price down to close to 22k." Again, since it was not mentioned at all after I was told the anti-theft system and the door protectors could not be removed, I assumed these two devices we're included in the final price. No body mentioned me a word that anti-theft system was not included.
The above actions can be considered mispresentation, as a theory of bait and switch advertising practices, a failure to disclose information about a vehicle under the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
