We came to look at a golf and ended up with a Tiguan. Clearly the golf wasn’t a good fit for us whereas the Tiguan is a perfect fit. This was achieved with the help of Mr Cal Rule. Cal in my option is a great listener, he is a great asset to the sales team at Doncaster Volkswagen. So again thank you Cal.
Up to picking up the car, it was hard work and expectations were barely met e.g. I asked for the registration number (once confirmed) so I can update the insurance, seemed like there was a lot of issues to update a tax invoice (required follow ups), additional accessories e.g. window tinting weren’t discussed until after the purchase - why no pre sale so it can be included in the finance? Communication was limited unless followed up by me. Going through the features and benefits was very well delivered and appreciated, probably the saviour to be honest from an ordinary customer experience.
On a side note, the odometer on the tax invoice read 20km, yet the actual reading was 80km. 80km seems excessive for a ‘new’ car.
