Overall great buying experience! Salesman was extremely informative and friendly. Only downside was the gas tank wasn't filled (it had just above 3/4) and one of the key fob's battery was dead. Minor things in the grand scheme of things.
Moises is an excellent asset to Ebersole Brothers. He does whatever he can to meet his customers’ needs. He is very friendly, courteous and lets you know what is going on at all times.
As for the service department.. I would not recommend them to anyone. I actually bought one vehicle and ended up having to trade it two months later for another. The first I only had for a month and it immediately started having problems. They had my vehicle in repair for longer than I had the car. The service department “fixed” my car on two instances, but they had no idea what was even wrong with it. Both times were not fixed and the same issue remained.
Moises and his boss, John Shirk, were very helpful and understanding during the entire process. I now have a new car and they have done everything they can to make this process smooth for me. Thank you!
