Everything was good except for whatever was wrong with the brakes. But you took it right away and are fixing it.

Paul was very knowlegable about his vehicles. He was very friendly, and courteous and sensitive to our busy schedule. He was there for us, but not at all pushy. We will be looking him up, when we need another vehicle.
