Our salesman (Neal Eckert) made the whole experience of turning in our lease end Pilot and selecting a new Ridgeline replacement lease a smooth and enjoyable one. My wife Ruth and I have been dealing with Ebersole’s for the majority of our vehicle needs for very many years, and have always had a smooth, efficient and enjoyable experience with the sales/lease transactions and our follow up dealings with the service department.
Our experience with Ebersole's and Lori was exceptional. Lori was very professional, yet friendly; she made us feel very comfortable and explained the entire car-leasing process step-by-step. She also helped set up and review some of the features of the new car, which was very much appreciated. We are very glad we went to Ebersole's and that Lori was our salesperson!
I bought my first car 7 years ago from Ebersole and I absolutely loved it. When I decided it was time for a new one I knew where I was going to go. The team at Ebersole are all patient, kind and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend a car from there.
Based on my first experience yesterday at Ebersole for service, I will never take a vehicle there for service or recommend anyone do that. Terrible customer service!!. Drop the 2016 Accord off (at 7:45am) to be looked at for front shutter when braking (just bought the car used), for what I suspect to be wrapped rotors that will need to turned, as well as some road noise and possible wheel/tire balancing, nothing major. Oh, and the will do a recall also, okay, great! They ask if it is ready by the end of the day no problem....no problem, i will pick it up at 5pm. Discuss the situation and they will call me on what they find and what need to be done. No call, I call at 1:30pm, advised, it is not even in the shop yet. OK.. I now call again at 4:15pm, as I again never received a call. informed that it is in and they are looking at it. I ask, how am I getting home as they obviously are not going to have this done. They say a service advisor will call me. Again no call, so a co-worker drops me off at 4:50, they have to go see what the status is. It seems all they did do only a portion of the recall and nothing else!!! Nothing I brought it is for, they didn't even drive the car!! So tell me I have to reschedule for that!??!??!!?!?! Yea..OKAY..NEVER again. So why did they even put me on the schedule. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. RIDICULOUS. I guess I won't be staying local for a Honda dealer in the future.
