8/15/2018. I decided to schedule a appointment for a 4 wheel alignment online, BIG MISTAKE!!!! I am no car technician so I checked off for 4 wheel alignment on the online appointment scheduling and down at the bottom it asks for any concerns so I write down what happened to make sure that I truly need a 4 wheel alignment....well I come to find out that’s a BIG MISTAKE also. I drop off car at time of appointment then go home. Theresa the service advisor calls me and tells me that I need to replace 2 tires and that my rim is damaged. I asked about the rim and she told me that someone can fix it and quoted me how much but said that person would only be in to do it at end of week. I didn’t want to waste the time I had scheduled for that day so I had asked her since my car is there would it be ok to do 4wheel alignment and then bring car back at end of week for the rim repair and advisor said that would be ok. I then waited......I had to call to see if car was done since it was getting late and it was. I came in to the cashier and thought I was paying for a 4 wheel alignment but my bill was almost double of what a alignment would be!!! I then asked why and they told me that I wrote down my concerns and that they did a full suspension check(even though I never asked for that) and that’s the reason why. Theresa the service advisor told me that it even should of been more(as if they did me a favor to charge a couple of bucks less) I then said that it would of been nice for someone to tell me this before hand since I only requested a alignment and decided to pay it and suck it up because already felt the the advisor had a problem that I questioned the bill ( like money grows on trees!) IT WAS FAR FROM OVER... I got into my car and started feeling something from the rear of the car. I pulled out on the street and turned right around and right back into the service area. I spoke to Theresa the service advisor and told her that my car is making banging noise from the back and I did not bring my car in with that noise. She hesitated and had the nerve to say that all they did was a alignment. I told her that my car was not making any noise in the rear when I brought it in and if someone can check it. Apparently she had a problem, got louder when she asked the technician who was working on my car that I hear noise in the back and to “Check the right wheel tire, check the right wheel tire”. I told her I was having noise in the rear but apparently she must of thought that when I wrote down that I ran over a board on the highway that it must of done something to my back side area when all I did was run it over with just my front passenger tire. She looked visibly bothered like if I was trying to get something for free or something like that. The technician got it and checked it and they forgot to attach something back in the rear. I told him thank you and then that’s when he told me that he marked the rim where it was bent and MARKED WHERE THE NAIL WAS IN THE OTHER TIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY that’s why I had to replace a tire?!?!?! The service technician (THERESA) couldn’t tell me that I had a nail in my tire!!! Wow I could of gotten it fixed but I guess she wanted me to get a new tire and apparently didn’t mention it to me when she called me to tell me the rim was bent!! If I wouldn’t of drove back because of the noise in the rear no one would of told me!! What a disaster. I bought the car there 3 years ago brand new and the sales rep was awesome. I will NEVER EVER EVER take my car back there, even for a recall!!! Please please please read all the reviews. I wish I did. Don’t ever take your car there unless you are a person who likes the hassle. I have never written a review on any site bashing the business but seriously TERRIBLE SERVICE! I won’t even come back to buy a new or even used car from there. Would rather go elsewhere.
