Just had my i30 SR serviced (40,000km) at Essendon Hyundai on Thursday night (very convenient), and found Aimee and Corey in their service department to be outstanding in customer service e.g. Appearance, Personal presentation, Attitude, Knowledge, Friendliness, Courtesy. Also the ‘waiting area’ was very comfortable, with windows facing into the service department so you can see the technicians working on your car. Purchased my i30 SR in March 2018 from Aaron R. at Essendon, and Aaron took the time to say 'hello' during my service and asked how my car was going? And so far I've found no faults with the car, 150kW of power and a load of standard features for the price, well-sorted dual-clutch, and dynamic poise blended with ride comfort – What more could you ask for in a ‘Hot Hatch’!
