Well I’ve just had my i30 SR serviced again (50,000km) at Essendon Hyundai on Thursday night (always convenient), and found Aimee and Adam in their service department to be outstanding in customer service e.g. Appearance, Personal Presentation, Attitude, Knowledge, Friendliness, Courtesy. And you can’t beat the ‘service waiting area’ which is very comfortable e.g. coffee, newspapers, big screen TV and with windows facing into the service department so you can see the technicians working on your ‘bad boy’. Purchased my i30 SR in March 2018 from Aaron R. at Essendon, and both Aaron and Alex A. took the time to say 'hello and talk shop' during my service and asked how my car was going? Now most people would be intimidated by serious car aficionados, but both Alex and Aaron are down to earth true professionals, and are passionate about cars and know their stuff from A (ABS) to W (Water Pump). What more can I say? OK then, no ‘buyers remorse’ here either, so far I've found no problems with the dealership or faults with the car, 150kW of power and a load of standard features for the price, well-sorted dual-clutch, and dynamic poise blended with ride comfort – What more could you ask for in a ‘Hot Hatch’!
