If I could give a negative starred rating I would! I left this review on their facebook page: "The service I received at this dealership was terrible! The staff was awfully rude and they only care about the money in their pockets! There were three open recalls on my vehicle. I received a letter from Nissan North America explaining this to me. Due to the danger my car placed me in they offered me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle could be repaired. I was told the parts to repair my car had arrived was harassed with rude and childish phone calls and emails threatening to not pay for my loaner vehicle and that they would report it as stolen because due to my schedule I was not available until the weekend. The service manager Mary Jablonski proceeded to argue with me over the phone and told me she did not want to pay for a vehicle any longer since the parts came in and I should just take off of work so she didn’t have to! Instead of having a professional team member pick my car up for the repairs this dealership made me drive my hazardous vehicle to their location myself. I did not make it to the dealership because on my way there my vehicle caught fire and exploded in the middle of the highway. Now I am left with no vehicle and they do not care at all they are just happy they don’t have to pay for a loaner vehicle for me to drive anymore. I do not recommend this dealership at all because they do not care about the customer just the sale!" The dealership posted on my review apologizing asking for a second opportunity to fix the terrible customer service I received. I gave them that chance and to summarize how the conversation went one of the other service managers, Joe, basically told me I was wrong, they don't care, to take my business elsewhere, and hung up on me.
