Just want to say a quick thank you to John McGatten...I wasn't even sure I was going to buy a vehicle today, I was just going in to figure out what I could do about a lemon Chevy truck I bought a few months back. John worked hard to get me not only a decent deal but even got me paid for my useless vehicle
My salesman (Sam Srisook) was excellent. No pressure what so ever. He was very friendly & extremely knowledgeabe on the vehicle I was purchasing. He listened to my needs. I would definitely come back to him in future or recommend him to anyone. My experience at this dealership was friendly & efficient with my time. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased here. They have greatly improved their image to customers over the past 15 years or so I've dealt with them.
I'm not sure what I was disappointed with more; the fact that I only got one key, the lack of floor mats, the quarter tank of gas left in the car or the fact that the "thank you gift" was taken by the salesman when I dropped him off at the dealership after he helped me return my car because you do the want rentals left there. I'm also surprised at how rude the sales manager was. I think it was Ty helping my salesman with a computer issue while we were doing paperwork. Even though I was sitting in front of him, he didn't even make eye contact let alone greet me. This was similar to the reception I got when I entered the dealership and only one of the four or five people at the desk bothered to say hello the first night and none of them the second night. Finally, while Sal is OK at processing the transaction, he did not "sell" the car to me (thank you internet shopping) didn't show me any other similar cars and didn't bother showing me how to use the various options on my vehicle.
Loved working with Anthony! Highly recommended! When we actually purchased the vehicle-- the wait was long to see the insurance person and title. Insurance process took too long but title was very quick once we got inside the office.
The sales team is excellent. Sam was particularly patient. He explained all the details. Most importantly, there were no pressure tactics, which isn't uncommon from many Sales personnel. However the finance department is a different story. They insist on providing you monthly payment numbers, adjusting the term and the interest rate, which is not straight forward to compare with your preapproved offer in hand. Finally, I insisted that I will neither take the loan nor the car unless they give me a better deal. Somehow, they produce a better interest rate. I wonder, why wasn't that given to me in the first place.
Jake Moore was very helpful during the entire process. He made sure he delivered the price he quoted at the very beginning. I would absolutely recommend him and this dealership to others.
Amazing staff from service to sales. Took my car in for inspection and was not worth fixing. Service rep Mark Tarquino reviewed the findings that the car and it was not worth fixing. (screwed from Piazza Honda purchase) He helped assist me with looking into options or purchasing or leasing. He personally walked me to the amazing sales rep Elizabeth who assisted me with the decision process from start to finish with no pressure. She got me a great deal that I was very happy with. The finance people to insurance representative all made the process easy and stress free. My sales rep Elizabeth I will go see when my lease is up! I will look forward to seeing and trust Mark Tarquino in the service department when ever my car needs servicing!
Dan Moore, Chuck Desantis & Vince Perry were outstanding. They got me out of my Altima & into a Maxima which I love for a great deal. I would absolutely recommend these guys & Exton Nissan to anyone looking for a new car.
