Great service, I highly recommend!
Sales person (Josh Sabulsky) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. I just went to test drive the vehicle and ended up buying it from him. Process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership strictly based off my sales experience.
I did not like the pressure of purchasing the additional warranty from the person I signed my paperwork with. He made it seem like I did not have an option to decline. When he was finished going over what was covered by the additional warranty, he said "Now all I need you to do is tell me how you want to pay for it." I declined it and was made to feel like an idiot for not wanting it. He wouldn't let it go. Kept pressuring me to purchase the warranty and literally tried making me feel like an idiot for declining. He was so forceful with it I almost got up and walked out of the contract.
Love Faulkner Hyundai and my vehicle!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an amazing car buying experience! Can’t say enough about the awesome customer service!

Dave Kilmore is a true blessing in terms of Customer service. I arrived close to quitting tme on Saturday. He never rushed me through even though I was just window shopping. He took the time to show me around a few vehicles. He gave honest feedback and tons of valuable information that ultimately lead me to my recent purchase. The whole team was great but the gem of my buying experience was Mr. Dave Kilmore. Thank you Dave for helping me feel more like a new friend and less like a sale.1
John and Justin we're great to me. John helped me find the right car at the right price. He showed me how everything works and set up what I needed. Justin found me better financing then I had when I walked in to the dealership. He explained about the different coverages the dealership offers, and helped me decide what we thought I needed.
The dealership was clean and everyone was extremely friendly. If I could make one suggestion it would be to put a soda machine that accepts Credit cards. I was there for a few hours, after a couple of bottles of water (courtesy of John) I was in the mood for a soda, but like a lot of people these days I didn't carry any cash. Most soda machines nowadays do take credit cards. Just an observation I thought I would throw out to you. Overall it was one of the best buying experiences I've had!
