I went to Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem where I had got my last Subaru and bought a new one or at least so I had thought. Three days later on the day of delivery they called me saying that they in fact could not get the car that they had promised even though I had already put a down payment on it and they had also run my credit.
In light of this they did absolutely nothing to attempt to keep my business. The management didn't even so much as reach out to me to apologize.
The actions of Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem Management are indicative of not only a flawed business practice and philosophy but most importantly character.
