I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Optima. This was the first time I ever bought a car without my husband or Dad working out the details. The salesman, Eric B and the rest of the staff made the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Eric and Freedom Kia for your excellent customer service.
Jeremy Johnson was my sales person for my new KIA Sportage. He was knowledgeably about my KIA and focused on what worked best for my needs. He was great to work with and purchasing my Sportage through him was a fun and pleasant experience. I definitely recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new KIA. He's great! Thank You Jeremy!!!
They were super helpful even though I didn't exactly have the best credit they still looked for a car for me as soon as they found one that I was able to do they contacted me. I would refer any one to tony coleman.
Went to go get and oil change and it turned into a nightmare! They told me that the bolts that held my tires were stripped (which THEY had to have done with the tire rotation because I just came back from a trip that made me drive from Knoxville to Detroit Michigan, so if that were the case then my tires would have fallen off on the interstate. Then after I payed for the service and left, my car started vibrating like crazy and under the hood was making a chirping noise. Before I got a mile away I called them and brought my car back to them. While they did quit the vibrating my car still has chirped and has not been the same. i love my Kia, but these guys really need to get it together.
This dealership advertises too good to be true pricing of their vehicles on aitotrader.com. The entire ads are set up to look like a purchase price. It lists the purchase incentives, purchase loan rates, etc., but the price listed is actually an outrageous prepayment lease amount. It took multiple emails between one salesperson Ned Christine and the manager John to even get them to admit it was a lease and not purchase. Please do not fall for their BAIT AND SWITCH that they practice on autotrader.com. It is highly unethical the way they advertise on there. The word "lease" did not appear in any of the ads I saw, but all of them were lease prices. Then when I called them on it the manager sent me an email trying to class they were being honest and up front. Smh. Underhanded classic bait and switch.
Tony Coleman is the best possible salesman! We have bought two vehicles from him and he is always very helpful, pleasant, Good attitude, nice smile, and overall great sales person! We will always buy our cars from him and continue coming to kia bc of him! Thank you Tony for wonderful service!
Service is so poor,i had a flat tire April 6,2016 and i went to the service right away and want to change the tire to a new one but there's no available for my 2016 Sorento and they want me to be there the next day, then after they change the tire they told me that the tire pressure sensor is broken and i have to go back again by Tuesday April 12 because they don't have the parts available. They called me Monday April 11, 2016 to confirm my appointment the next day and then i went there, i've checked in the car for them to fixed the problem and after a few minutes they told me that the parts did not arrive!!!! what kind of service is this? i drove 40 minutes to get to their location for nothing!! then they told me to wait for their call if the parts will arrive!!! such a poor service, this is not the first time i've encounter this kind of service with different problem in that location!!!
In July 2011 I purchased a new KIA Sportage SX and everything went well however with what I know now I could have purchased the car cheaper in Pennsylvania. With that be said they did all of the service on my Sportage until I kept receiving it back dirty, oil on the fender one day and I do not like a dealership I cannot trust to do the work so I took it elsewhere. In September 2015 I took it back for the third time to get it fixed for the brake pedal that would not allow the push button start to work (car would tell me to push on the brake when I was doing so). I had to contact KIA corporation to push them to fix the problem however the sales manager did not care about my issue and went to insult me along with blaming the problem on KIA for sending them bad parts. When I took it in for the appointment at 3pm twice they came out at 3:20 and told me it would not be much longer however the car had never been moved from the front of the building. The service manager came back again at 3:50pm and told me again that they were getting it done however once again it had never been moved. They finally took it in an hour after the appointment and claimed it was fixed. In November it started to loose power so I took it to Cochran Subaru and bought a new Subaru, I could no longer deal with the bad service and like I said before the prices are way too high compared to other dealerships.
