I purchased my 2016 corolla s on August 3rd 2016 and when I was dealing with warranty paperwork they suggested I take the wheel and rim protection and at first I was kind of apprehensive but I took it just in case. Well boy am I glad I did ever since I've purchased the wheel protection I've had 4 tires replaced and every time I call galaxy toyota to make an appointment it's hassle free and I'm in and out with a new tire within 1 hour!! Your service advisors are pleasant and helpful. Thank you galaxy toyota you have my sales and service for now on!!!
My wife and I worked with this Toyota dealer since the days of the Cressida. Since then we've bought an Avalon, a Camry and this time a leased 2018 Camry. We worked with Nick Criscuolo for our 2014 Camry; we had high praise for him last time and we are equally pleased with him this time. Nick took time with us;we never got the feeling we were being pushed into some feature we didn't need. We give him 10 Stars. This is our first experience with Steve; he is friendly and explained each of the "zillion" papers that had to be signed by my wife and I. We also give Steve 10 stars. We want to give Kudos to all the other staff at Galaxy and especially 10 stars to our service rep Tim.
