In January 2011 my Ford F-250 desperately needed to be serviced, including a very past due inspection sticker, but by then my late wife was in a wheelchair, and I could not leave her home by herself. So one day she went with me to the Gene Latta Ford and waited with me while my truck was serviced. The staff at Gene Latta treated her with such kindness and compassion, and they even offered the sofas in their conference room so that she could nap. I'll never forget how well they treated her, and I vowed then that when the time came for me to buy a vehicle, I would give them my business if they had one that meets my needs.
When I was at Gene Latta last week to have my truck serviced, after checking in my truck I went into the showroom where Dustin Bender, one of the sales managers, greeted me. I had prepared a list of my basic requirements for a vehicle and handed it to him. He and I talked for a while, and he said that he would have one of the salesmen come to the reception area and work with me. After a while, he and Travis Williams approached me, and Travis and I went outside to look at the various vehicles that he thought met my requirements. Long story short, Travis patiently listed to me as to why certain aspects of a vehicle were important to me, and he matched me to a certified used vehicle that nicely matched all my requirements, including my budget. The entire process could not have been smoother and more professionally handled. I am very happy and proud to be a Gene Latta Ford customer.
