I made an appointment to have inspection, emission, and had and issue with right turn signal. I got a "waiting" appointment. I arrived and waited two hours,only to find out that all they did was inspection and emission, which is figured by any garage as one hour. Chris, service advisor told me I had to make another appointment for turn signal and indicated that the problem was aftermarked LED rear taillights I had installed 5 years ago. He walked away, and I had to chase after him to finish talking about problem and make appointment.
Why was this problem not fixed, I had an appointment to fix the problem, and then they took twice as long for inspection because they didn't get truck in at appointment time. Now, I have to go back, not very customer oriented if you ask me. If I have any issue like this again, I will never go to Gene Latta Ford again. If I make appointment for work, I expect it to be done, not to be blown off because they "didn't have time"!!!!!!!
