Angus was terrific and Corrine in the finance department was very patient, understanding and helpful. Taking delivery of the car with flowers, usb cords and a full tank of petrol was wonderful. Angus set up my app and phone to the car which was amazing. We had a wonderful experience with the dealership and hope it continues as we get the car serviced and refer friends and family. It was really an enjoyable, hassle free experience. Thanks Angus and Corrine

I went to this dealership as I knew the salesperson socially.
I bought a hyundai Kona without even being offered a test drive at the dealership.
I only got quarter of a tank of petrol and just found out only 6 months registration.
I should have done my homework a lot better as there was a promotion only a week later that would have got me a better deal and a whole years registration.
I was also promised a bottle of wine which I never got.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership if customer satisfaction is highly regarded not with my personal experience this time.
This is also my second review for this site as the first one wasn’t published.

A dealership with Integrity!
We often hear rants of how automotive dealerships take advantage of unsuspecting customers, specifically women. Today, James Frizelles Hyundai proved that they are no such dealership. After recognizing an issue with my wife’s car, I suggested she take it in to Hyundai to have it assessed. As she pulled up, she was greeted outside by a gentleman that was more than willing to assist. She explained the problem we encountered and he suggested that he may be able to fix it on the spot. After a quick assessment, diagnosis, part retrieval, and installation, she was fixed up (all whilst he was in a suit). Needless to say, she was impressed. They then proceeded inside to settle up the bill. Hesitantly, she went inside, fearful of what this might cost. $4.95 later she left with a semi-restored faith in the service industry and complete faith in the James Frizelle Auto Group. Take a bow James Frizelle employees, your integrity should be commended. You impressed my wife in five minutes, I’ve been trying for 15 years!

Only comment is I know their no money in the deal but mats just add to the sale
The after sales stuff perm guard and tinting way to expensive whilst I got mine discounted I still could have done a lot better if I had chosen to go else where
